INVESTOR PROFILE & OFFERRING

Investor Profile

The Advisory is being established to capitalize on the experience of its principals, the success of schools they have founded and the demonstrated market value of the intellectual property that T. Robinson Ahlstrom will vest in the LLC.

In addition to intrinsic value of the Advisory’s expertise and intellectual property, the Washington Latin School™ OWL = OnlineWashingtonLatin™ and Commonwealth Classical Schools™ brands are significantly enhanced by the fact the flagship school was founded by George Washington and will operate on the original site. Through coordinated campaigns of cause marketing and localized advertising, American families will know that our schools are rooted and grounded in the faith and virtue of The Father of our Country. In the rest of the world, George Washington’s name is synonymous with the best traditions of the United States.

As a socially responsible enterprise, five percent (5%) of Cambridge Advisory’s annual profits will go to support the non-profit Fund for Classical Education as it works “to promote classical learning throughout American society and around the world.” For this reason, the Advisory is seeking individuals who wish to make a difference, even as they make a dollar. While the profits from CA schools and educational products will be significant, the business plan of the Advisory—especially in its school budget metrics—draws a line between profiting and profiteering. Unlike many for-profit educational ventures, we will not build the company on the backs of students. We will never build or operate a school to which we not gladly send our own children!

The Cambridge corporate culture is rooted in the conviction that—in the long term—doing what’s good for kids and good for our country is good for business.
